Hi! I’m Cat, Expressive Arts Facilitator, Small Business Coach & founder of Rise & Align.
I love using the arts as a tool for healing, personal growth & self-discovery and have been in the Expressive Arts field for over 10 years. I’ve worked with 1000s of people and have found that everyone can benefit in some way from adding a little creative expression into their lives. Whether you’re wanting to relieve stress, figure out your next steps or process your day, I tailor sessions to meet you where you are. I offer 1+1 sessions, small group sessions & corporate wellness events.
In addition to Expressive Arts facilitation, I lOVE working with passionate & creative small business owners. I have been in the entrepreneurial world in some form or fashion since 2015, and truly believe anyone can run a business if they have determined spirit & the right tools to get started.

Rise & Align is more than just a clothing brand…it’s a reminder to stay true to yourself and follow your own spiritual path.
Rise & Align was born in 2020 after a friend suggested I try putting my artwork on clothing. The original design was a hand drawn lotus flower, which is a symbol of transformation, resilience and rebirth. Each day, it rises through murky water to bloom and is a reminder for us to do the same. 🪷 A reminder to keep going, to listen to ourselves and our intuition & to develop a deep relationship with ourselves & the Universe because those are the longest relationships we'll ever have. ✨💜🙏🏻
When I'm not designing you can find me galavanting out in nature, practicing yoga, walking my dog & going to music festivals. 🌞🌸🦋
